How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

People who contact Kmlovely Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or messaged Kmlovely Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Kmlovely Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@kmlovely.garden with these details:

1. Your name and a way to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
